Poles are calm while Ukraine fight: Journalist comments on Poland's survival stockpile advice
Journalist said that there is no panic in Polish society amid the Polish government's calls for citizens to stock up for three days of survival
He shared this on Espreso TV.
"I've mentioned the paradox of the Russian-Ukrainian war several times. Ukraine is holding up very well. Yes, there are significant losses, and Ukraine is fighting for its freedom with blood. As for the Poles, they are fine as long as Ukraine is fighting. Panic in Poland will begin when there is no longer a Ukraine. No one wants that. As long as Ukraine fights, Poles can feel safe," Sierant stated.
The journalist also commented on the situation at the Polish-Belarusian border. He said that Belarus continues to carry out acts of sabotage coordinated by Russia.
"Belarus continues to carry out acts of sabotage against Poland and waging a hybrid war. This is a deliberate action coordinated and agreed upon in Russia. Our friends—Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia—also face directed attacks. This is the continuation of a hybrid war against NATO. We have no choice but to act decisively. In Poland, there are already voices calling to stop issuing rights that grant protection to citizens of other countries," he added.
- Poland will continue to support Ukraine while strengthening ties with the U.S., urging Europe to ensure peace through strength, not concessions.
