Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military District Administration, reports.
“One hundred and one children from the Kherson region were returned from the Russian occupation this year,” he wrote in a telegram.
According to Prokudin, Save Ukraine has recently managed to evacuate a large family with seven children - two girls and five boys - to the government-controlled territory.
The youngest child was born in the occupation, only 9 months old, and the oldest is 12 years old.
The head of the Regional Military Administration added that this rescue operation was difficult, but thanks to the tremendous efforts of volunteers, the family is now safe and under the supervision of doctors and psychologists.
- Recently, Ukraine returned six children from the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region. They are safe and receive the necessary medical and psychological assistance.
