128 combat clashes occur at front, most intense is Pokrovsk direction

This is stated in the Ukrainian General Staff's report.

According to detailed information, yesterday Russia launched two missile strikes against the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas using three missiles, as well as 69 airstrikes, dropping 88 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they carried out more than 5,200 attacks, 96 of them from MLRS.

Russia conducted airstrikes near 37 settlements across Ukraine.

Yesterday, Ukraine's aviation, missile forces, and artillery carried out five strikes on concentrations of Russian personnel and anti-aircraft defenses, as well as hit five artillery systems, a UAV control center, an infrastructure object, and a storage warehouse.

Frontline update

There were six attacks in a day in the Kharkiv direction. The Ukrainian defense forces repelled Russian assaults near Hlyboke and Vovchansk.

In the Kupyansk direction, two combat clashes occurred near Novoosynove and Synkivka.

In the Lyman direction, Russian forces launched 14 attacks near Makiivka, Nevske, Novoserhiivka, Terny, Novosadove, and Torske.

In the Siversk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled eight assaults by Russian troops near Spirne, Verkhniokamyanske, Pereizne, and Ivano-Darivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, Russian troops attacked 10 times near Vasiukivka, Ivanivske, Chasiv Yar, Klishchiivka, Hryhorivka, and Bondarne.

In the Toretsk direction, Russian forces launched 17 attacks near Pivnichne, New York, Toretsk, and Zalizne.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 52 assaults near Tymofiivka, Vozdvyzhenka, Novooleksandrivka, Zelene Pole, Kalynove, Ivanivka, Prohres, Zhelanne, Serhiivka, Novoselivka Persha, and Yasnobrodivka settlements. With the support of aviation, Russian forces tried to dislodge Ukrainian units from the occupied borders. The greatest concentration of attacks was near Zhelanne and Novooleksandrivka.

In the Kurakhove direction, the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled five attacks near Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, and Paraskoviivka, where Russian troops tried to break through the defense of Ukrainian troops.

In the Vremivka direction, Russian troops carried out five assaults near Velyka Novosilka, Kostiantynivka, and Rozdolne.

In the Hulyaipole and Orikhiv directions, Russian troops are trying to knock Ukrainian units out of their positions. Four combat clashes took place here in the districts of Hulyaipole, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanylivka, and Novoandriivka.

In the Kherson direction, the Russian attack was unsuccessful during the assault on the left bank of the Dnipro River.

No signs of the formation of Russian offensive groups were detected along the Belarus border.

On the border with the Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the Russian troops maintain a military presence, conduct sabotage and intelligence activities, attack populated areas from the territory of the Russian Federation, and increase the density of mine and explosive barriers along the state border of Ukraine.
