"I am extremely pleased to say that the townspeople, no matter where they are in the world, have returned, and for many of them, more than 11,000 residents, Bucha has become a second home - these are internally displaced persons from eastern and southern Ukraine. So the community is large, the community actually needs development, but we will endure for the sake of our common victory," Fedoruk said.
He also noted that the city has been actively involved in the cleanup of the destruction left by the occupying Russian forces.
