Not just Russia’s FSB, Ukrainians also tied to murder plot — Andriy Parubiy’s father
Andriy Parubiy's father says that Russian special services are likely behind the murder of his son, but they had accomplices in Ukraine
Volodymyr Parubiy stated this on Espreso TV.
"Honestly, when the murder happened and I saw on television exactly how it happened, I immediately understood... Of course, it was the Russian FSB, but I still have no doubt: people in Ukraine were involved in this murder, in its preparation. I don't know who. But the fact that there were those who knew where he went, what he was doing, and how... That is, they had been watching him for a long time, clearly," said Volodymyr Parubiy.
He said that he asked his son to be careful, especially when a so-called criminal case was opened against him in Russia. But it was not typical for Andriy Parubiy to be afraid.
"When these 'sentences' came from Russia, I told him: 'Andriy, be careful. Because I know what these inhumans are.' We in Siberia considered them inhumane. He said: 'I am on my land, I don't want to be afraid.' It was not typical for him to be afraid in any situation, especially in such a one. He was not afraid until the end. And they took advantage of that," said Mr. Volodymyr.
The man adds that Andriy Parubiy was never afraid: "It is innate — faith in his own strength and fearlessness."
