According to a spokesperson for the Khortytsia operational and strategic grouping of troops, Chasiv Yar remains a Ukrainian town.

"The town is controlled by Ukraine's Armed Forces and the Defense Forces. There are no Russian troops in the city and its neighborhood. During small assaults by enemy groups on armored vehicles, Ukrainian troops repelled them. Currently, there are no Russian troops near the city or in the city itself," emphasized Voloshyn.
