No Russian advance in the Toretsk sector - military
Anastasia Bobovnikova, spokesperson for the Luhansk operational and tactical grouping, said that the Defense Forces of Ukraine have been able to restrain the enemy's advance in the Toretsk sector
She told this on Espreso TV.
‘The Russian occupation army is not advancing in the Toretsk sector. For a very long time, we have been able to hold it back. The enemy is still in the eastern regions. As for the evacuation of civilians from the town, this process is currently very difficult, as the enemy has not reduced the number of air and artillery strikes on the city. However, as far as I know, the evacuation continues. It is still possible to leave the town,’ Bobovnikova said.
According to the spokesperson, Russian troops are not advancing near Nelipivka either.
‘South of Toretsk in the area of Nelipivka, our powerful units are holding defense. They manage to hold back the enemy. Our military units are also conducting counter-offensive actions. Therefore, the enemy is not advancing near Nelipivka either,’ she added.
