Ukraine's Kuleba invites partners, who decide on air defense supply, to spend night in Kharkiv
Commenting on the Russian missile attacks on the night of April 11, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba reiterated the need to provide Ukraine with Patriot systems
He wrote about this on the social network X.
"Russia fired over 80 missiles and drones at Ukraine overnight, primarily targeting critical civilian infrastructure.
Six of them were ballistic missiles. Ukraine remains the only country in the world facing ballistic strikes. There is currently no other place for Patriots to be," Kuleba stressed.
"I am confident that if those on whom their provision to Ukraine depends spent at least one night in Kharkiv all necessary decisions would have been made quickly. And I would be ready to go together with them," the diplomat added.
Kuleba has recently made a similar statement. On April 3, the minister said that the state should receive all the Patriot batteries available in the world that can be provided to Ukraine as soon as possible. Ukraine's top diplomat added that he had already identified partners who have air defense systems.
"And I asked them not to look for excuses why it is impossible to deliver them, just to do it and deliver them. And now we will work on this issue," he said.
- On April 10, Kuleba said that Ukraine had found more than 100 available Patriots in the world and was seeking to get at least 7 of them as soon as possible.
