This was reported by the Telegram channel close to Lukashenko, Pul Pervogo.

Lukashenko claimed that Russian leader Vladimir Putin was offered to strike the office of Ukraine’s president with an Oreshnik ballistic missile. In response, according to Lukashenko, Putin said: “Under no circumstances.”

He also rejected the idea that Trump supposedly lost in the negotiations. According to Lukashenko, no concrete agreements could have been reached, since it was not a meeting between both sides of the conflict, but only one of them. The U.S. president acted as a mediator to learn Russia’s position, and Trump "handled this role perfectly."

"Why reproach Trump for not bringing concrete results?" Lukashenko asked.

In his view, only Putin could have spoken specifically but chose not to, acting "diplomatically."

"But Trump surprised me. He played his role very well despite all expectations," Lukashenko added.
