Kremlin estimates that 70% of residents of occupied southern Ukraine avoid participating in Russian 'elections'

This was reported by Ukraine's National Resistance Centre.
But despite all the Russia's attempts to change the attitude of Ukrainians, the majority of the population of the occupied region "does not support the occupation actions of the enemy and continues to evade getting Russian documents."
"According to Kremlin estimates, about 70% of the locals are trying to avoid participating in the illegal presidential elections in the temporarily occupied territories. In addition, about 60% of the residents of the occupied south of Ukraine are taking a wait-and-see attitude, waiting for the region to be liberated," the National Resistance Centre stated.
- On March 11, media reported that Russian forces were intimidating residents of the temporarily occupied territories who had not received Russian citizenship.
