Children in occupied Luhansk given booklets on how to interact with Russian soldiers
In schools across the Luhansk region, Russian representatives are distributing booklets to children outlining rules they must follow when interacting with Russian military personnel

Artem Lysohor, the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, reported the information.
In particular, in the town of Aidar, teachers are emphasizing to students and their parents that proper communication with Russian military personnel is crucial for a child's safety.
They stress that, regardless of the situation, armed Russian soldiers will not face punishment for any illegal actions they commit.
On September 1, 2024, Russia introduced compulsory military training in schools in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine for students in grades 8 and 10.
