Russian terror can only be stopped by unity in supporting Ukraine and pressuring Russia to end the war
This statement was made by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
According to him, in just one week, the Russian military has used almost 900 guided aerial bombs, over 300 Shahed drones, and more than 40 missiles.
“This Russian terror doesn’t take breaks, and it can only be stopped by global unity — unity in backing Ukraine and unity in applying pressure on Russia for its war,” Zelenskyy stressed.
He highlighted a Russian airstrike on Zaporizhzhia on September 29, where residential buildings were damaged, with one entrance completely destroyed. City infrastructure and railways were also affected.
As of 12:20 p.m., 13 people were reported injured, with two pulled from the rubble. Zelenskyy thanked the emergency services for their quick response and assistance to those affected.
