German UAV manufacturer Quantum Systems plans to double production in Ukraine

The company plans to accelerate production growth with support from Ukraine’s Ministry of Strategic Industries

Ukraine's Ministry of Strategic Industries reported the information.

On February 13, a delegation from the ministry held a working meeting with representatives of Quantum Systems at the Munich Security Conference.

The ministry recalled that Quantum Systems has already opened two facilities in Ukraine: an R&D center and a drone servicing and development center.

The company plans to double production this year. During the meeting, they discussed ways to accelerate this process.

"We strengthen our partners and support them at every stage. We all have one common goal — to provide as much high-quality weaponry as possible for the Ukrainian military. I thank Quantum Systems for your courage and consistency in your work. We are working together to ensure that more such companies operate in Ukraine," said Minister of Strategic Industries Herman Smetanin.

Earlier, it became known that the German company Helsing will produce 6,000 AI-powered strike drones for Ukraine.
