German Minister for Development Svenja Schulze visits Kyiv
German Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development Svenja Schulze arrived in Kyiv on Thursday, December 12, for an unannounced visit

DW Ukraine reported the information.
Schulze arrived in Kyiv to personally deliver part of Germany's aid to Ukraine for the third winter of the war, primarily focused on restoring energy infrastructure.
"Russia has targeted Ukraine's energy system to leave people in the cold and dark. The German government has once again allocated additional funds to help restore electricity and heating," Schulze stated.
This marks her fourth visit to Ukraine since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion.
- Since Russia launched its full-scale invasion, Germany has given Ukraine a total of 37 billion euros in aid—the most of any European country.
