He made these remarks during an interview on Espreso TV.
"Every such decision by our partners, the announcement and implementation of it, serves as a setback for the Kremlin and Russian special services. It indicates a failure in their attempts to obstruct aid to Ukraine. This failure may result in missed promotions, awards, and recognition. However, we have no sympathy for them," emphasized Yusov.
According to him, Russians are closely monitoring and attempting to preemptively disrupt aid to Ukraine and destabilize the international pro-Ukrainian coalition. Despite their efforts, they have not succeeded.
- On March 12, the White House announced $300 million in military aid for Ukraine. This marks the first arms package from the United States in 2024.
- The new aid package includes Stinger missiles, ammunition for HIMARS, 155-mm, and 105-mm artillery shells.
- Additionally, the Czech Republic has announced the possibility of purchasing an additional 200,000 artillery shells for Ukraine, supplementing the 300,000 previously funded.
