Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said that the government will use the second tranche of funding from the EU under the Ukraine Facility program to cover the most important budget expenditures.
He thanked the European Commission for its positive assessment of the five indicators, which is a prerequisite for the allocation of funds.
“We expect the third tranche of EUR 1.89 billion to be disbursed soon. In total, we expect EUR 16 billion to be disbursed under the Ukraine Facility program this year,” Shmyhal emphasized.
