'I don't want wasted meeting': Trump says no determination yet on Putin talks

Donald Trump said he would not want a “wasted meeting” with Vladimir Putin, and a final decision on the upcoming summit has not yet been made.

The U.S. president said that many developments are currently taking place in this area and that they would inform the public about further steps within the next two days.

In response to a journalist’s question about whether he believes there is still a chance for a ceasefire in Ukraine, the U.S. leader answered affirmatively.

He also reiterated that “India won't be buying 'too much' oil from Russia. They are cutting it way back.”
