Russian troops advance in Kharkiv region as Ukraine lacks resources to counter — DeepState
Russian forces have made gains on the right bank of the Oskil River in the Kharkiv region, near Dvorichna and Novomlynsk
This was reported by the DeepState OSINT project.
"Unfortunately, the situation at the bridgeheads near Dvorichna and Novomlynsk is not improving. The enemy (Russia - ed.) is advancing and continues to fortify its positions," the report states.
According to the source, the Russian army has expanded its control towards Fiholivka, reaching the southern outskirts of the village, and has also occupied another area in Dvorichna.
"The enemy continues to saturate the area with its infantry, usually attacking in small groups that hide in forest stirps, houses, and ruins. There aren’t enough crews to eliminate them," DeepState noted.
They also added that Russian forces have a significant advantage in FPV drones, which "completely dismantle positions, making them impossible to hold."
"Unfortunately, the existing [Ukrainian] Territorial Defense units in the area have been unable to maintain their positions. Soldiers have also criticized local command, particularly the Tactical Group, for failing to fulfill their responsibilities," DeepState added.
- On February 11, Volodymyr Dehtiarov, a representative of the public relations service of Ukraine's 13th Khartia Operational Brigade, says Russia's retreat towards the border is a slow process, as it holds an advantage in artillery.
