Canada imposes sanctions against Yanukovych-era politicians: Azarov, Pshonka, Tabachnyk on list

According to the Canadian authorities, the situation in Ukraine is a "serious violation" of international peace and security. It has caused an international crisis.

Therefore, the government has imposed economic sanctions against former Ukrainian politicians and officials who worked during Yanukovych's presidency: Mykola Azarov, Oleksiy Azarov, Raisa Bohatyreva, Andriy Kliuyev, Serhiy Kurchenko, Viktor Pshonka, Artem Pshonka, Dmytro Tabachnyk, Oleksandr Yakymenko and Vitaliy Zakharchenko.

• On February 4, 2023, the head of the Servant of the People faction, David Arakhamia, published a list of 5 traitors who were deprived of Ukrainian citizenship. Among them are Andriy Kliuyev, Dmytro Tabachnyk, Oleksandr Klymenko, Vitaliy Zakharchenko and Oleksandr Yakymenko.
