The UK Ministry of Defenсe writes about this.
It is noted that the occupation forces do not give up trying to expand their positions around Bakhmut. Russia has advanced to occupy the eastern part of the village of Ivanivske and attack Ukrainian positions in Bohdanivka.
The intelligence suggests that Russia's nearest tactical goal may be the capture of Chasiv Yar, which is located about 5 km from the front line.
"Despite some gradual tactical gains, it is highly unlikely that Russian forces are currently able to attempt a full-scale assault on the town," the intelligence service said.
- At least 92 combat clashes took place at the frontline over the last day. Ukrainian forces repelled Russia's attacks in 7 directions and killed 1160 soldiers.
- Reuters writes that Russia will have sufficient resources to wage war against Ukraine at the current intensity for at least two years.
