Belgorod: Russia doesn't hesitate to kill its citizens

The video suggests that the attack from Russian territory could have been caused by either a Russian aerial bomb or an air defense missile.

Russian aviation had been bombing Belgorod, but some bombs missed their targets, landing on the ground instead. This happened due to the poor quality of the equipment.

Similarly, Russian anti-aircraft missiles have unintentionally landed in Russian cities and villages because Russian air defense systems are situated in populated areas.

Russian authorities are not only killing Ukrainians but also their own citizens without hesitation.
