Belarus deploys tanks to Ukrainian border
On Sunday morning, August 11, Belarusian tanks approached the border with Ukraine, on the Defense Minister's orders to deploy troops to the frontier

This update was confirmed by the Belarusian Ministry of Defense.
They stated that one of their mechanized units had already been placed on high alert.
"Military personnel are loading equipment onto railway transport and beginning a combined march to designated areas (Gomel and Mazyr tactical directions - ed.)," the Ministry's statement read.
The Ministry also released footage showing military equipment being loaded onto a railway echelon.
- To recap, on August 10, Belarusian Defense Minister, Lieutenant General Viktor Khrenin, ordered an increase in the number of troops and weaponry in regions bordering Ukraine.
