Italian companies and industrial associations express willingness to contribute to Ukraine’s rebuilding efforts, strengthening economic cooperation

Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Antonio Tajani stated that his country supports Ukraine’s efforts not only to achieve peace but also to rebuild what has been destroyed.
Ukraine’s Minister of Economy Yuliia Svyrydenko emphasized that the joint organization of URC2025 in Rome with the Italian side will help attract even more companies to Ukraine’s recovery. The parties agreed to work together on specific projects to be presented at the reconstruction conference.
It is worth noting that on March 5, the business forum “On the Road to URC-2025” began in Milan, bringing together 550 international companies.
The main goal of the event is to mobilize the international private sector to implement reconstruction and recovery projects.
- On February 28, representatives of Ukraine and Italy signed an agreement for an official contribution from Rome to Ukraine’s Energy Support Fund in the amount of 13 million euros.
