Dmytro Pletenchuk, a spokesperson for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, made this statement on Radio Svoboda.
He mentioned that information regarding the damage to the Russian ship is currently being verified.
"We suspect that 'Ivan Khurs' likely suffered damage as well. Once we gather information from various sources and confirm it, we can treat it as a fact," Pletenchuk noted.
According to the Crimean Wind Telegram channel, the Russian reconnaissance ship "Ivan Khurs" was reportedly hit by two missiles simultaneously.
This information is also supported by sources from the Russian publication ASTRA.
"According to ASTRA sources, 'Ivan Khurs' was struck by two rockets at Rudneva Street. No casualties have been reported," Russian media reports.

The defense forces targeted the large amphibious ships "Yamal" and "Azov," a communications center, and several infrastructure facilities of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol.
