Ukraine reports 63 clashes along front line with 19 Russian attacks in Pokrovsk sector

Since the beginning of Friday, April 25, 2025, 63 combat engagements have been recorded on the front. In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 11 enemy attacks, and 8 are still ongoing.

In the Kharkiv direction, the Russian army launched an airstrike on the area of the settlement of Mala Vovcha.

In the Kupiansk direction, the Russian enemy attacked Ukrainian positions twice in the areas of Nova Kruhlyakivka, and the combat engagements are ongoing.

In the Lyman direction, the invading Russian army attacked seven times. Two combat engagements are still ongoing.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the Russian troops attacked the Ukrainian positions once in the direction of Markove.

In the Toretsk direction, the Russian army launched six attacks today — in the areas of Dachne, Toretsk, and in the direction of Pleshchiivka, Shcherbynivka, Dylivka. Two combat engagements are currently ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the Russian troops have made 19 attempts to push Ukrainian defenders from their positions in the areas of the settlements of Yelyzavetivka, Preobrazhenka, Andriivka, and towards Myrolyubivka and Malynivka. The defense forces are holding off the enemy's pressure, having repelled 11 attacks, and eight combat engagements are still ongoing.

In the Novopavlivka direction, the Russian forces attacked eight times near the settlements of Kostyantynopil, Vesele, Novosilka, Pryvillya, and in the direction of Vilne Pole and Odradne.

In the Hulyaipole direction, the Russian enemy launched airstrikes on the area of the settlement of Hulyaipole.

In the Orikhiv direction, the Russian enemy attempted to advance three times near the settlements of Novodanilivka and Stepove.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, aviation strikes hit Kozatske and Antonivka.

In the operational zone in the Kursk region, Ukrainian defense forces repelled 17 attacks by Russian troops during the day, with four combat engagements still ongoing. The Russian enemy carried out eight airstrikes, dropping 13 glide bombs, and launched 163 shellings, including seven from multiple launch rocket systems.

  • During the previous day, April 24, 175 combat engagements were recorded on the Russian-Ukrainian front. In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped 65 enemy assaults.
