Ukraine's General Staff reports 31 firefights at front

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff reports as of 10:00 a.m.

Since the beginning of the day, Russian terrorists have tried to push Ukrainian troops from their positions three times in the Kharkiv direction. Ukrainian troops repelled the attack near Tykhe. Fighting continues in two locations near Vovchansk. 

According to the updated data, the invading Russian army lost more than 112 soldiers killed and wounded in this area yesterday. An armored combat vehicle, ten vehicles, three units of special equipment and three ammunition depots were also destroyed. Ukrainian forces damaged a tank, two artillery systems, five vehicles and a unit of special equipment.

Five firefights are currently taking place in the Kupyansk direction. In the areas of Petropavlivka, Andriivka, Hrekivka and Nevske, the Russians are trying to drive Ukrainian units out of their positions. The situation is under control.

In the Siversk direction, the Russian troops are attacking Ukrainian soldiers near Rozdolivka. The battle continues. The Russians are not successful.

The situation remains the most tense in the Pokrovsk direction. There are currently three combat engagements in the areas of Novooleksandrivka, Yevhenivka and Novoselivka Persha. Ukrainian troops have repulsed the same number of attacks. Ukrainian defense forces are making efforts to stabilize the situation and are inflicting complex fire damage.

In the Kurakhove direction, Ukrainian troops successfully defeated five Russian attempts to penetrate Ukrainian defenses near Pobieda and Paraskoviivka. 

Since the beginning of the day in the Vremivka direction, Ukrainian troops have been fighting off an attack near Staromayorske. The situation is under control.  Four combat engagements have already ended near Urozhaine and Vodiane. The Russian forces suffered losses and are regrouping.

In the Orikhiv direction, the Russian aggressor made two unsuccessful attempts to force Ukrainian troops out of their positions near Mala Tokmachka and Robotyne. The Russian occupants' losses are being clarified. 

Russia launches 6 missile strikes and 33 airstrikes against Ukraine

According to the updated information, over the last day the Russian forces launched a total of 6 missile attacks on Ukrainian troops' positions and localities, using 17 missiles, 33 air strikes (including 56 drones), and fired over 3,000 times, 104 of them from multiple rocket launchers.

Already today, 31 combat engagements took place at the front. The occupants carried out 12 air strikes using 19 combat aircraft, firing 547 times at Ukrainian positions. Russian terrorists also used 18 kamikaze drones for attacks. 

Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed three Russian air defense systems

Over the past day, Ukrainian Air Force, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces hit three air defense facilities, a UAV control center, three artillery facilities, two ammunition depots and 15 areas of concentration of Russian troops and weapons.

• Over the past 24 hours, Russia lost 1,090 soldiers and dozens of pieces of equipment. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Ukrainian forces have killed 525,000 Russian servicemen.
