183 clashes occur at front, Russian army actively attacks in four directions - Ukraine's General Staff

Over the last day, 183 combat clashes took place at the front. The situation is the most tense in the Pokrovsk sector, with Russians being active in the Kupyansk, Lyman and Kurakhove areas

According to the updated information, yesterday the Russian Federation launched three attacks with five missiles and 75 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, dropping 98 guided bombs. In addition, it carried out more than 4,000 attacks, including 140 from multiple launch rocket systems.

The Russian aggressor carried out air strikes in the area of 4 settlements in Sumy region; 6 in Kharkiv region; 9 in Donetsk region; 2 in Zaporizhzhia region.

Yesterday, the aviation, missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces conducted nine strikes on the areas of Russian personnel and weapons concentration. In addition, an air defense system and another important facility were hit.

Frontline situation

In the Kharkiv direction, seven firefights took place near Pletenivka, Lyptsi and Vovchansk.

In the Kupyansk direction, 32 combat clashes took place. The Ukrainian Defense forces repelled hostile assaults near 7 populated areas.

In the Lyman direction, the Russian army attacked 22 times near 8 localities.

In the Siversk direction, Russians attacked four times near Verkhniokamianske, Ivan-Daryivka and Vyimka.

There were 12 combat clashes in the Kramatorsk direction. Ukrainian defenders repulsed the Russian assaults near 6 aettlements.

In the Toretsk direction, 16 battles took place, in particular, near Toretsk and Nelipivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders rebuffed 55 hostile assaults in the area of 10 localities. The highest concentration of attacks was near Novohrodivka.

In the Kurakhove direction, Ukrainian Armed Forces stopped 24 Russian attacks near 5 populated areas.

In the Vremivka direction, Russian invaders attacked eight times near Vuhledar and Vodiane. They were unsuccessful.

In the Orikhiv direction, there was one firefight near Robotyne.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, Ukrainian troops repelled two adversary attacks.

The situation in the Huliaipole direction remained unchanged.

On the border with Belarus, no signs of Russian offensive groups were detected.

On the border with Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the Russian army maintains a military presence, conducts mortar and artillery shelling of settlements from the territory of the Russian Federation.

At the same time, Ukrainian soldiers continue to inflict significant losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces, depleting the Russian enemy along the entire front line.

  • Over the past day, the Russian army lost another 1,360 troops and dozens of pieces of equipment at the front in Ukraine.
