134 clashes occur at front, majority in Pokrovsk sector - Ukraine's General Staff

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff reported the information.

Over the past day, Russian troops launched two missile attacks on the Ukrainian positions and populated areas using seven missiles, as well as 67 air strikes, dropping 96 guided bombs. In addition, they carried out over 4,400 attacks, including 123 from multiple launch rocket systems.

Russia launched air strikes, targeting 25 settlements across Ukraine.

Over the past day, Ukraine's aviation, missile forces, and artillery carried out 11 strikes against Russian military positions, targeting also a command center and an artillery system.

Frontline situation 

In the Kharkiv sector, three battles took place. Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled Russian assaults near Vovchansk and Tykhyi.

In the Kupyansk sector, 12 combat clashes took place, in particular near Berestove, Stelmakhivka, Hlushkivka, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Kruhliakivka, and Andriivka.

In the Lyman sector, according to updated information, the Russian army attacked 24 times near Makiivka, Nevske, Torske, and Terny.

Four combat clashes took place in the Siversk sector. Ukrainian troops repelled Russian assault operations near Verkhniokamianske and Spirne.

In the Kramatorsk sector, seven clashes took place near Chasiv Yar and Bohdanivka.

In the Toretsk sector, Russian troops attacked 10 times near Zalizne, Toretsk, and New York.

In the Pokrovsk sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled 52 Russian assaults near Kalynove, Sukha Balka, Zelene Pole, Novooleksandrivka, Hrodivka, Mykolaivka, Zhelanne, Skuchne, Panteleimonivka, Tymofiivka, Novozhelanne, Ptyche, and Vozdvyzhenka. The highest concentration of attacks was near Hrodivka and Zhelanne.

In the Kurakhove sector, Ukrainian troops repelled eight attacks near Paraskoviivka, Heorhiivka, Krasnohorivka, Kalynove, and Kostiantynivka.

In the Vremivka sector, the Russian army attacked six times towards Vodiane, Kostiantynivka, and Vuhledar.

In the Orikhiv sector, Russian troops made two assaults on the positions of Ukrainian units near Novoandriivka.

In the Kherson sector, Russian troops faced a defeat after launching six attacks on Ukrainian defenses.

In the Huliaipole sector, the situation remained unchanged.

On the border with Belarus, no signs of enemy offensive groups were detected.

• Over the past day, Ukraine's Defense Forces eliminated 1,160 Russian soldiers, as well as dozens of pieces of weapons and equipment.
