Russia tries to isolate area north of Kharkiv, Ukraine's Armed Forces repel the attacks - Territorial Defence Forces' platoon commander 

Vadym Vasylchuk, Platoon commander, Territorial Defence Forces, Ukraine's Armed Forces, told Espreso TV live on air that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are repelling Russian enemy attacks morning, noon, and night in the Kharkiv region

"The hottest area is the north of Kharkiv region. The enemy constantly tries to cut off Kharkiv and Kharkiv region from Central Ukraine, to block the main road in the Poltava direction, but the enemy does not have any success," Vasylchuk emphasized.

According to him, the enemy is less active in the south of Kharkiv region.

"Recently, the enemy tried to launch an offensive there but failed and retreated" noted Vasylchuk.

On the night of September 2, Russian troops shelled Kholodnohirsky district in Kharkiv, damaged four cars and two infrastructure objects.

As of the morning of September 3, the Russian occupiers in Donetsk region did not conduct active offensive operations in most of the directions.
