Russia takes three Kalibr carrier warships to Black Sea on combat duty
Three Kalibr cruise missile carriers are on combat duty in the Black Sea on December 26
Naval Forces of Ukrainian Armed Forces report.
According to the Navy, up to 10 Russian ships were on combat duty in the Black Sea on the morning of December 26, three of them carrying Kalibr cruise missiles, with a total number of 16 missiles.
One Russian ship is on duty in the Sea of Azov. There are 9 Russian ships in the Mediterranean Sea, 5 of them are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles, with a total number of 72 missiles.
As the Navy added, the Russian Federation continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea of 1974 (SOLAS). The Russians turn off automatic identification systems (AIS) on civilian vessels in the waters of the Sea of Azov.
