Russia strikes at Kherson residential area: civilian killed

This was reported by the Kherson Regional Military Administration. 

It is noted that the Russian troops attacked the city around 12:50 p.m. A 34-year-old man who was on the street was killed as a result of the Russian attack on a residential area.

• On August 31, Russian troops shelled eight regions of Ukraine. At least five civilians were injured during the shelling.
