Russia spreads fakes about a split in Western support for Ukraine
Russian media focuses on what it claims is a split in the West on their attitude to the war and aid for Ukraine
The Center for Countering Disinformation reported this on Telegram.
"Russia disseminated the materials of the Daily Banner, BB-CNTV, which, apparently referring to The Sunday Times, wrote that there is a "split regarding the attitude to the war in Ukraine" among NATO countries, - the Center for Countering Disinformation noted.
Scott Ritter, an American military analyst loyal to Russia, said that the NATO summit, at which the Russian Federation was recognized as the greatest threat to the security of the West, was "an attempt by the Alliance to remind of its existence."
The American Conservative published the material that US President Joe Biden "was left alone in the war" with Russia.
Kremlin propagandists, referring to the words of Thierry Mariani, a member of the European Parliament, declared the futility of spending on the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine.
American scientist Doug Bandow called the cessation of arms supplies to Ukraine the only way to peace.
