Russia spreads fake news that Ukraine will mobilize 14-year-olds
Russian sources spread the fake that the Ukrainian government is preparing the population of Ukraine for the rapid mobilization of teenagers from the age of 14
This was reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation.
"The Kyiv regime is preparing the population of Ukraine for the rapid mobilization of teenagers from the age of 14 due to the lack of reserves destroyed in all areas of the front," Russian sources write.
Russian propagandists cite information that instructors from the 103rd Detached Tank Brigade arrived at one of the Ukrainian educational centers. They allegedly trained teenagers for 3 weeks, after which the most capable students were enrolled in the brigade's reserve.
"This 'news' is another fabrication of Russian propaganda. According to the current legislation of Ukraine, only persons who have reached the age of 18 are subject to mobilization. At the same time, there are military training courses for young people in Ukraine that are neither mandatory nor prohibited by law," emphasized the Center.

Russian propagandists are distributing a children's prayer book online with lines for "father near Donetsk" and "great-grandfather in Galicia." The Center for Strategic Communications says that the original edition does not contain such lines.
