Russia shells Kherson with artillery. Three people killed, five injured
On January 29, Russian forces shelled residential areas of Kherson with artillery, killing three and injuring five people

It is noted that a number of civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged by Russia’s shelling: Kherson Regional Clinical Hospital, a school, a bus station, a post office, a bank, and residential buildings.
All the victims are currently in hospitals. One of the injured is in serious condition.
Earlier, the Kherson City Council reported that the first shelling of the city by Russian troops took place around midnight. The shelling damaged a utility company and 16 vehicles, including evacuation vehicles used to transport city residents.
The second wave of shelling began at one in the afternoon. As of 14.00, a total of 7 attacks were made. The shelling hit warehouses, a hospital, a bus station, a school playground, and damaged buildings and vehicles in the town.
Earlier, the Ministry of Health reported the shelling of the regional clinical hospital.
