Russia shells Chaplynka, Kherson region, to discredit Ukrainian Armed Forces, and collects blood for wounded Russian soldiers in Crimea – General Staff
On February 14, Russian troops fired from the territory of Crimea on Chaplynka in the Kherson region in order to accuse and discredit the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Also, the occupiers open additional blood transfusion stations and massively collect blood from civilians for wounded soldiers

For example, in Chaplynka, Kherson region, on February 14, Russian occupation forces shelled the city to blame and discredit the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to witnesses, the missiles flew from the south, from the temporarily occupied Crimea.
In the occupied Crimea, in Simferopol, local Blood Center has started collecting blood from civilians and delivering blood from other blood transfusion stations of Crimea.
Due to the serious losses and injuries of the Russian soldiers on the frontline Russia actively spreads propaganda to attract as many people as possible to donate blood.
Additional blood transfusion stations are being opened in the Rostov, Belgorod and Voronezh regions of the Russian Federation.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine repel enemy attacks in more than 15 settlement areas
Over the past day, on February 15, units of the Defense Forces repelled enemy attacks in the areas of more than 15 settlements. In particular, near Bilohorivka and Serebriansk, Luhansk region; Fedorivka, Bakhmut, Dyliivka, Avdiivka, Vodiane, Pervomaiske, Marinka, Novomykhailivka, Vuhledar, Prechystivka and Novosilka, Donetsk region.
Ukraine destroys Russian helicopter and hits 2 control points and several enemy positions
Over the day, Ukrainian aviation made 11 strikes on Russian personnel and military equipment positions, 5 strikes on the anti-aircraft missile systems positions. A Russian Ka-52 helicopter was also destroyed.
Units of rocket troops and artillery hit 2 Russian control points, 6 personnel positions and 2 ammunition depots.
The Russians launch 3 missile and 18 air strikes on Ukraine in one day
On February 15, Russian forces launched 18 air strikes and 3 missile strikes; 52 MLRS were recorded.
Russian forces fired at the civilian infrastructure of the Donetsk and Kherson regions. There are wounded and dead among the civilian population.
The threat of Russian air and missile strikes remains throughout Ukraine.
Enemy troops keep attempting offensive in 5 directions
The enemy, attempting to take full control of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, does not stop offensive operations in the Kupiansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions, in the areas of Hryanykivka, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Marinka, and Vuhledar
Near the state Ukrainian border with Russia and Belarus no enemy offensive groups have been detected.
The areas of 1 settlement of Chernihiv region, 6 settlements of Sumy region and 10 settlements in Kharkiv region were shelled. The occupiers used army aviation forces to attack Sumy and Kharkiv regions.
In the Kupiansk and Lyman directions, more than 20 settlements were affected by fire, 3 of them affected by Russian air strikes.
In the Bakhmut direction more than 20 settlements were shelled by mortars and artillery.
In the Avdiivka direction, 20 settlements of the Donetsk region came under tank, mortar and artillery shelling. Russian air strikes were recorded near 2 of them.
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, more than 20 settlements were affected by fire, enemy airstrikes were recorded in two of them.
In the Kherson direction, the city of Kherson as well as more than 10 settlement areas were damaged by enemy artillery fire.

Earlier, the General Staff reported that in the Luhansk region, the invaders closed the civilian hospital's surgical building to provide aid to wounded Russian soldiers, and in Nova Kakhovka, the Russians are sabotaging using seized boats.
