Russia shelled the Lysychansk oil refinery

This was announced by the head of the Regional Military Administration Sergiy Gaidai in Telegram.

"The orcs laid down the oil enterprise, a fire of 5,000 square meters has risen, the extinguishing continues now. This is not the first shelling of this plant. Rashists aim at it systematically to deplete the State Emergency Service. There is no fuel there. The remains of oil sludge are burning", he wrote.

Gaidai added that the shelling of residential areas of Lysychansk was also continuing and asked people to stay in shelters.
