This is reported by Reuters.
President Vladimir Putin has reserved Russia's right to suspend the UN-brokered deal again, while UN chief Antonio Guterres is pushing for Moscow to agree to extend the deal after it expires on November 19.
Russia has not publicly detailed its demands, other than calls to unblock Russian fertilizer stuck in European ports and warehouses and to resume exports of ammonia, a key fertilizer ingredient, through a Russian-Ukrainian pipeline.
Four sources, who declined to be named because of the sensitivity of the subject, said Russia had asked Western countries to allow state lender Rosselkhozbank to restore its relations with correspondent banks, despite Western sanctions.
