Russian authorities arrest three Ukrainian ex-ministers in absentia
On July 2, the Moscow Basmanny Court in Russia arrested former Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman, Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin, Finance Minister Oleksandr Shlapak, and the commander of the Western Operational Command, Lieutenant General Ihor Dovhan in absentia

This was reported by the courts of general jurisdiction in Moscow.
They noted that all four former officials were charged in Russia under Article 356, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which pertains to "Use of prohibited means and methods of warfare."
Russia has put all the Ukrainian ex-officials on the international wanted list.

In May, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs put the former heads of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine - Volodymyr Groysman, Arsen Avakov, and Pavlo Klimkin - on the wanted list. The list also includes the former head of the National Security and Defense Council, Oleksiy Danilov.
