Russia will force prison staff in occupied Luhansk region to fight against Ukraine
The occupation authorities in the Luhansk region are considering a bill that would force prison staff to fight against Ukraine. The Russians are also setting up landfills in the region to bring garbage from neighboring Russian regions
This was reported by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Artem Lysohor.
"The Russians will forcibly involve prison staff in the occupied Luhansk region in combat operations. The relevant bill is already under consideration," he said.
According to him, the bill provides for the conclusion of short-term contracts for work in "special conditions" without personal consent. The age limit for service will also be raised.
Lysohor also says that the occupation authorities are once again announcing the arrangement of 6 landfills in the so-called LPR. In particular, in Luhansk, Sieverodonetsk, Antratsyt, Bilokurakyne, Sorokyne and Pervomaisk. They plan to bring garbage there not only from the occupied territories, but also from neighboring regions of the Russian Federation, the head of the Military Administration writes.
