He shared the information on the United News national telethon.

"According to our data, up to 30 Kalibr missiles are produced per month - using the spare parts that they have now. This is a small amount, but still creates problems for us. Because we see how many they launch every time. Russia will grab every opportunity to continue terror against our energy system," Cherniev said.

He stresses that it is important to strengthen control over the implementation of sanctions against Russia in order to prevent the ammunition production.

"Russia's capabilities are decreasing every day due to sanctions. But, unfortunately, today the enemy has ways to circumvent sanctions on the weapons production. Russia can also use Ukrainian components that were transferred before 2014," Cherniev added.

Reuters and RUSI published an investigation, according to which over the past 7 months, Russia has received computer and electronic components worth USD 2.6 billion. USD 777 million of these products were manufactured by Western companies whose chips were found in Russian weapons systems in Ukraine.

On December 8, law enforcement officers exposed a Ukrainian company in Vinnytsia that exported components to Russia for the repair of military equipment after the start of the full-scale invasion.

On December 15, for the first time since December 9, Russia put the Kalibr cruise missile carrier on combat duty in the Black Sea.

Reuters writes that despite the sanctions, Russia buys most of the parts for Orlan drones abroad. The supply chain of components for the Orlan-10 UAV covers the whole world, with the logistics trail ending at the Special Technology Center in St. Petersburg.
