Zelenskyy made these comments during his video address.
He said that, on October 2, he held talks with his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron.
They talked in detail about the situation on the front line, Ukrainian successes at the front and the strengthening of sanctions against the Russian Federation.
"We also discussed the situation at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant (ZNPP) and the abduction by the Russian occupiers of the ZNPP's General Director, Ihor Murashov. This is another manifestation of completely brazen Russian terror, for which the terrorist country must receive ever-increasing punishment," Zelenskyy stressed.
