Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki wrote about this on Twitter.
“Russia intentionally keeps on committing war crimes against civilians. It’s inhuman. We need to act now and make them stop,” he tweeted.
Morawiecki's own post was accompanied by a video about the consequences of a Russian missile attack on a residential high-rise in the city of Dnipro, where rescue operations continue.

On Saturday, January 14, the Russian forces attacked the city of Dnipro, as a result of which the entrance of a nine-story building was destroyed. At least 75 people were injured, 12 in serious condition, 35 were killed, and 43 were missing. 72 apartments were previously destroyed and more than 230 apartments were damaged.
