Russia mobilises about 20 thousand people every month - Ukraine’s Intelligence

This was announced by a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Andriy Yusov, Ukrinform reports.

"Recently, Moscow Mayor Sobyanin named an interesting figure - 45,000 Moscow citizens  who are allegedly at the front. Before that, the figure was 35,000. This means that the mayor admitted that only 10,000 people from Moscow have been additionally mobilised in the past few months," Yusov said.

However, according to him, this is a forced mobilisation of ordinary Russians, while the children of officials and oligarchs are not affected. And most often, those who have recently received a Russian passport are mobilised.

"This is an indicator of the criteria for obtaining a Russian passport, which poses a potential threat. It is highly likely that a person will be captured and sent to war," the Main Intelligence Directorate representative said.

He also stressed that the only way for the Russian military to save their lives is to voluntarily surrender.
