This is reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation.
It is noted that the Russians are manipulating such messages to disrupt mobilization in Ukraine, to spread panic among the population, and to force Ukrainians not to return home from abroad.
No forced mobilization outside Ukraine is planned. The law that is being drafted includes an invitation to Ukrainians abroad to clarify their credentials.
"Ukrainian society is now demanding fairness in mobilization. The draft law that is currently being developed will set out the same rules for mobilization, clear and transparent," the Center for Countering Disinformation notes.
