The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff shared their regular report, as below.
The total Russian combat losses from February 24, 2022 to April 9, 2023 amounted to:
- personnel - about 178,150 (+470 per day)
- tanks - 3,636
- armored fighting vehicles - 7,024 (+4)
- artillery systems - 2,740 (+13)
- MLRS - 533
- air defense systems - 282
- aircraft - 307
- helicopters - 292
- vehicles and tank trucks - 5,602 (+3)
- ships/boats - 18

- special equipment - 309 (+5)

In the morning, the General Staff reported that the Defense Forces' aviation launched 12 strikes on the invading Russian forces' military positions, and the Ukrainian Army shot down 2 Supercam UAVs, 6 Orlan-10 UAVs and 6 Zala UAVs.
