Russia loses artillery system, 3 tanks and 860 soldiers in one day of war in Ukraine — General Staff

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff shared their regular report, as below.

The total Russian combat losses from February 24, 2022, to November 28, 2023, amounted to:

• personnel - about 326,440 (+860 per day)
• tanks - 5,523 (+3)
• armored fighting vehicles - 10,285 (+3)
• artillery systems - 7,876 (+1)
• MLRS - 907
• air defense systems - 597
• aircraft - 323 
• helicopters - 324 
• UAV operational-tactical level - 5,905
• cruise missiles - 1,565

General Staff report: 84 combat clashes take place in the frontline, Russian troops conduct assaults in most directions

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces shared the information in its morning report.

Near the state Ukrainian border with Belarus, the situation hasn't changed significantly.

In the northeastern border area, Russian forces maintain a grouping of troops covering the state border, conducting active sabotage activities in the border areas to prevent the deployment of Ukrainian troops to threatened areas, and increasing the density of minefields along the state border in the Belgorod region.

In the Kupyansk direction, Russian troops conducted unsuccessful assault operations near Synkivka and Petropavlivka, Kharkiv region, where the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 3 attacks.

In the Lyman direction, Russian troops conducted assault operations near Stelmakhivka, Serebryanska forestry, Luhansk region, and Terny, Yampolivka, Torske, Donetsk region. Ukrainian soldiers repelled 12 attacks there.

In the Bakhmut direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled 28 attacks near Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Klishchiivka and Andriivka, Donetsk region. The Ukrainian defense forces continue their assault operations south of Bakhmut in the Donetsk region, inflicting losses in manpower and equipment on Russian troops, and consolidating their positions.

In the Avdiivka direction, Russian troops keep trying to surround Avdiivka. Ukrainian soldiers are steadfastly holding the line, inflicting significant losses on the invaders. Russia’s offensive actions east of Novobakhmutivka, northeast of Berdychiv, Avdiivka, Opytne, Sieverne and south of Tonenke in the Donetsk region were unsuccessful. The Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 23 attacks there.

In the Marinka direction, Russian troops, supported by aviation, conducted unsuccessful assault operations near Marinka and Novomykhailivka, Donetsk region, where the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 9 attacks.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, Russian troops did not conduct assault operations.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, Russian troops unsuccessfully tried 3 times to restore their lost position near Robotyne and Novoprokopivka, Zaporizhzhia region.

In the Melitopol direction, The Ukrainian Defence Forces are conducting an offensive operation, inflicting losses in manpower and equipment on the occupying forces, consolidating their positions and exhausting Russian troops.

In the Kherson direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold their positions on the left bank of the Dnipro River, continue to conduct counter-battery combat, and inflict fire on the enemy's rear.

Russian troops launch 20 MLRS attacks on Ukraine, Ukrainian Armed Forces hit 3 concentrations of Russian troops

Russia also launched a missile and 8 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas. The Russian invaders conducted an air strike on Ukraine, using 1 Shahed-136/131 attack UAV, the drone was destroyed. Unfortunately, Russian terrorist attacks have resulted in civilian casualties. Private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed and damaged.

Russian troops launched air strikes on 4 settlements across Kharkiv and Donetsk regions.

Over 130 settlements in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro and Kherson regions came under Russian artillery fire.

At the same time, Ukrainian missile troops struck a Russian control center and 3 concentrations of personnel, weapons and military equipment.

• On the night of Tuesday, November 28, Russian troops attacked residential buildings in Kherson, injuring a civilian.
