"DPR’s Ministry of Internal Affairs" orders to replenish its troops with 1,000 convicts
Russian occupying forces continue to mobilize convicts. According to the order of the so-called Ministry of Internal Affairs of the DPR (Donetsk People's Republic), measures are being taken to recruit persons serving sentences or detained for crimes of minor or moderate gravity to internal troops.
It has also been established that wounding of convicted persons in combat does not expunge their criminal record, and that suspicions of persons under investigation will be lifted only upon demobilization.
Thus, the terrorists were tasked with intensifying their work to combat crime and replenishing the internal troops by 1,000 people at the expense of those suspected of committing criminal offenses. At the same time, the re-certification of collaborators among police officers who defected to the Russian side will be conducted after they have completed combat missions as part of the consolidated battalions of the internal troops of the "DPR Ministry of Internal Affairs."
