Russia loses about 41,650 soldiers, 1,792 tanks, 950 artillery systems since starting war in Ukraine

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff shared their regular report, as below.

The total Russian combat losses from February 24 to August 5 amounted to:

•  personnel - about 41,650 (+150 per day) 

•   tanks - 1,792 (+3)

•   armored fighting vehicles - 4,032 (+6) 

•   artillery systems - 950 (+4)

•   MLRS - 259

•   air defense systems - 123 (+5)

•   aircraft - 223

•   helicopters - 191 

•   vehicles and tank trucks - 2,964 (+4) 

•   ships/boats - 15

•   UAV operational-tactical level - 742

•   special equipment - 83 

•   cruise missiles - 182

Russian forces suffered the greatest losses in the Donetsk direction.
