Russia loses about 36,500 soldiers, 1,600 tanks and 644 drones starting a war in Ukraine

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff shared their regular report, as below.

The total Russian combat losses from February 24 to July 6 amounted to:

•  personnel - about 36,500 (+150 per day) 

•   tanks - 1,600 (+6)

•   armored fighting vehicles - 3,789 (+17) 

•   artillery systems - 812 (+6)

•   MLRS - 247 

•   air defense systems - 107 (+2)

•   aircraft - 217 

•   helicopters - 187 

•   vehicles and tank trucks - 2,648 (+14)

•   ships/boats - 15

•   UAV operational-tactical level - 664 (+4)

•   special equipment - 65 

•   cruise missiles - 153 (+9)

Russian forces suffered the greatest losses over the past day in the Slovyansk (Donetsk region - Ed.) and Donetsk directions.
