Russia loses about 280 soldiers in a day - Ukrainian General Staff

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff shared their regular report, as below.

The total Russian combat losses from February 24 to July 24 amounted to:

• personnel - about 39,520 (+280 per day) 

• tanks - 1,722 (+14) 

• armored fighting vehicles - 3,942 (+13) 

• artillery systems - 869 (+5)

• MLRS - 255 (+2) 

• air defense systems - 113

• aircraft - 221 

• helicopters - 188

• vehicles and tank trucks - 2,823 (+3) 

• ships/boats - 15

• UAV operational-tactical level - 713 (+3)

• special equipment - 73 (+1) 

• cruise missiles - 170 (+3) 

On July 23, Ukrainian artillery destroyed a detachment of Russian riot police from Sakhalin near Lysychansk.
